Charlotte Tilbury Dolce Vita Set
I was so freaking excited when Charlotte Tilbury finally launched in the US. There are a couple websites now that you can purchase her makeup and I ordered my Dolce Vita Look from Nordstrom. The main reason why I wanted this set was because of the Dolce Vita Luxury Palette eyeshadow quad. The colors are ridiculous. And so even though this little Charlotte Tilbury haul came with a lot of goodies, I wanted to review and highlight about this eyeshadow quad first!
First of all, the packaging is adorable and stunning. The little star details are so cute (not pictured) and everything just feels super vintage and luxurious. The colors - omg - the colors are so nice and rich and buttery. My favorite shade is the top right reddish burgundy color. I have been using that even just all over my lid and then blended out because I love this kind of color and I'm usually never one to buy eyeshadow quads but this one is definitely an exception for me. I also like how it comes with a highlight shade. That will come in handy and can be used even to highlight other areas of the face. The shimmery copper shades looks really pretty placed in the center of your lid to give your eyes more dimension and pop. And finally the bottom right is a darker smokey brown color that can be used in the crease and outer corner for more definition.
I seriously love this eyeshadow quad and I have never said that about any other eyeshadow quad. The formula is spot on. The colors are amazing. THANK YOU CHARLOTTE TILBURY!
