Revlon Colorstay Moisture Stains

Revlon Colorstay Moisture Stains
Revlon Colorstay Moisture Stain London Posh

I am really glad I decided to pick up 2 shades from the Revlon Colorstay Moisture Stain range. I wasn't super excited when they were released awhile back and since I already had picked up the Maybelline Color Elixirs, I thought they would be really similar. Important: They are not the same at all! These Revlon stains remind me so much of my YSL Glossy Stains but for a third of the price! First off, they have a very similar pointed doe foot applicator (sorry for the mostly blurry picture there) and the texture of the stain feels exactly the same! I love the way these feel on the lips and they look super beautiful as well. I love this product because stains last way longer than lip glosses, and are way more pigmented than normal lip glosses and these particularly feel incredibly moisturizing on the lips! (don't forget Moisture Stain is in the name!) These lovelies contain vitamin E and aloe which helps lock in the moisture!

Revlon Colorstay Moisture Stain London Posh and Parisian Passion

I picked up the lighter peachy nude shade called 050 London Posh. This is a bit lighter than my lip color but after I apply it all over it gives my lips a really youthful glossy sheen. The second shade I have is called Parisian Passion. I am reaching for any opportunity to wear a dark lip because I'm seriously in love with this shade. It's a super rich berry color and again it feels so weightless and easy to wear (and doesn't really get on my teeth!) You have dab gently to create a light stain or really layer it up and have a full on deep lip! Also Lisa Eldridge's latest video features this so you know it's gotta be good!
